I have been with Go Daddy for 5+ years. I have received excellent customer care. I have purchased domains, web pages, hosting, and Word Press.
Calling for customer support is very easy, sometimes the answers are no given in the first call. Every time I have called the person answering the phone is very polite and mainly dedicated to resolve any issues. I am always treated with respect and friendliness.
I did purchase a store front, it was a negative experience for me. The upload of the spread sheet went well but the picture manager was complicated and time consuming. i did cancel my store with Go Daddy and was refunded my entire $ within 3 days.
5 Stars Go Daddy is excellent.
